Avenue Plaza Hotel wins fourth consecutive Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence and 2013-2014 National Product Quality Excellence Award as Best Quality Service Hotel
Recognised as a Top Performing Hotel, not just in Bicol but in the whole Philippines, Avenue Plaza Hotel announced today that it has received its TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award for 2014. This is the fourth time the Avenue Plaza won this accolade which honours hospitality excellence under the management of its President and General Manager Mr. Allan S.Cu as reviewed by travellers on the world’s largest travel site.
Certificate of Excellence is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.
Avenue Plaza Hotel was also one of the awardees in the 2013-2014 National Product Quality Excellence Award and
the Best Quality Service Hotel in Bicol.

According to Ms.Perez who handles the hotel’s digital marketing, Avenue Plaza constantly monitor guest feedbacks and use social media as vital tool for customer service. This enables them to observe, validate and respond to their guests needs and wants accordingly. “The management takes every review and comment seriously.
