May mga real estate agents akong nakausap sa site trip at nakwento nila na dati ay hirap din silang i-explain sa clients nila kung anong magiging itsura ng isang lugar kapag na-develop na. Kailangan nila itong mai-describe at ma-explain ng mabuti para ma-imagine ng interesed buyer kung anong mangyayari sa lugar. Bakit? Kasi ganito usually ang itsura ng mga pre-selling properties kapag sinisumulan palang ang project.

Madalas ay land development palang makikita mo at un mga kalsadang ginagawa kapag bumisita ka. Minsan nga plano at mga miniature models rin ang pwede mong gawin reference.
