It's been a while since the last time I wore my #HouseHopper hat but last weekend, for the first time in #Bicol I don it again to check the groundbreaking of a social housing project called #Bellavita in Brgy. Pacol #NagaCity. I thought I won't make it to the groundbreaking because of my travel and activities but good thing, I still made it on site!
#BellaVitaNagaGrandLaunch was held last May 25, 2019. On my way to the actual site, I realized that it's highly accessible via Del Rosario (alternate route). With the on-going road repairs and construction along San Felipe, I highly recommend to use the Del Rosario Road (diversion) for breezy drive to the site!
I highly recommend for directional signages to be in place because those who are new to the site might get confused which local road / street to take :-)
As for their location in Pacol, Naga City, it’s actually strategically located near 2 public schools and just few minutes drive from Ateneo de Naga Pacol campus. So for those who are starting their family but already factoring where to send their children and its accessibility, I would say that Bella Vita Naga is a promising real estate investment na sakto sa budget mo!
Sakto sa Location. Sakto sa Bulsa. Sakto sa Taste mo. Sakto sa Family Safety. Sakto sa Gusto mo!
"BAKIT ANG MURA?!" That's what my dad asked me when I requested him to accompany me to the site and check the groundbreaking / launching of Bella Vita Naga. I told him it's a housing project that mainly caters to Filipinos who are minimum wage earners, OFWs and even to locally employed individuals and families who are already tired of just renting.
I also told dad na pwede ring basic retirement house, especially if you want a place outside the downtown area of Naga! Or a real estate investment, which is actually tempting considering it's location, amenities and overall master plan! ;-)
