In 2012, I was given the opportunity to represent the Philippines as one of the 28 Young Ambassadors of Goodwill for the 39th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP) and now on it's 41st year, it is renamed to Ship for Southeast Asian and Japan Youth Program (SSEAJYP).
SSEAJYP is an annual cultural exchange program that was pioneered by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member countries and Japan in 1974. The program is handled by the participating countries with Japan as the main sponsor.
