As I was organizing my notes and scanning my planner last year, I was greatly surprised to realize that I delivered minimum of 14 talks last year in different parts of the Philippines. My official tally for 2014 does not yet include the other presentations I made for small gathering and I'm delighted to share that 2015 looks very promising.
#SSStalk is sparking, soulful and definitely sizzling this love month with new and controversial topics to share!
Being result-oriented, highly active and always on the go, I experienced occasional blues after going through crossroads. To be honest, there were days I feel like I didn't do anything worthy last year but now, after looking at my list of talks last year, I feel more at ease with my decision to take it slowly while finding my way to my true calling.
After some retrospection, I realized that building the career I am aiming for is not easy but taking this challenging journey is definitely worth it --- knowing that I am able to touch the lives of other people through my stories and sharing, I am more inspired and pumped up to deliver more talks, share my knowledge and experience while I #MakeADifferenceOneTripAtATime.
It's official! Aside from tourism promotions and advocacy, I am happy to announce that #SSStalk will now also include a presentation about
Pinoy on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube which will focus on VIRUSⒸ
(Viral posts, Issues, Rage, Uplifting stories and Scandals)
Filipinos encounter and experience on Social Media.
PIFTY Shades of Social MediaⒸ was first conceptualized with my BicolBloggers co-founders when I first got the notice that I will be one of the resource speakers for a lecture series in University of Nueva Caceres on their 67th Foundation Anniversary this February.
