THROWBACK: I remember way back in college, I had a brief stint as student-coach for our athletics team. It's a program of my university where student-athletes like me were given the chance to support a team in order for them to achieve their goals. I also somehow used what I learned about coaching in even in my professional work in the past years despite lacking any formal training or input about what coaching really is outside sports. I feel that there's something more about it especially now that I'm into soul searching... I feel that coaching will be a handy skill in my career and in my advocacy.
Now, this upcoming 1st ICF international summit will give me the chance to learn more about the science and art of coaching. I really look forward learning from the industry experts and I hope to see you there too especially if you're in any of the following categories:
- CEO’s, Executives, leaders, managers
- Coach practitioners (external or internal)
- HR, OD, L&D managers, Educators, Trainers, Consultants
- Government and corporate purchasers of coaching services and products
- People in career transition who want to become a coach
- Anyone interested in the subject of Coaching
